This Sunday we will continue our 40 Days of Purpose as we look at the third purpose for our existence- Discipleship! The message is entitled God and The Grill as. You had to know I would work in my BBQ somehow! The message will be presented in a way that includes The City Vineyard church. They have been meeting down at Richmond Beach for five years now on the first Sunday of August and have graciously invited us to be a part of the celebration! (video iPod friendly)

This week we will take a look at our second purpose for being alive- Fellowship! This is something we love to do, but most of us understimate the power of fellowship in our lives. It's more than a pat on the back or a potluck lunch, it's an invitation to an etermal family! Regardless of how close we think we are fwith fellow believers, there is another level each of us can grow into: Membership leads to friendship leads to partnership leads to kinship. Last week we looked at our our vertical relationship of love with our God through worship and this week we will look at our horizontal relationship of love with one another through fellowship! This week we will be looking at the first of the five purposes: Worship. It turns out that worship is a whole lot more than simply the musical section of the Sunday morning service. We have been planned for God's pleasure and worship is what we give our lives to. It requires all of our attention, affection, and abilities. Once we walk in a lifestyle of worship we will experience the fulfillment God created us for.
